Even though I have been to Utah hundreds of times, I had never been to The Great Salt Lake itself until last week. It was pretty amazing to see all that natural salt out there and the salty water. Utah’s Great Salt Lake is known as “Americas Dead Sea” but apparently lots of shrimp live in the water and the area is home to many birds. It was really peaceful exploring the huge area.
